Lowell Hubbs Doubles Down on the Kiddie Porn Stories

As I recently posted, Lowell Hubbs likes to talk about child pornography both on this blog, as well as on his own Facebook page.  I showed how the images Mr. Hubbs attributes to these child predators are actually well known images from random Internet memes including a rather portly teenager known as "fat emo" and an overweight man known for having double chins.  I even had to point out the image Mr. Hubbs used that was supposedly a run away child that was abducted to be part of a child porn ring was none other than Eddie Munster from the 1960s television show The Munsters.  True to form, rather than admitting he was once again caught in a lie, Mr. Hubbs feels the need to defend his nonsense with his comments:
"As for the image said to be Larry Esenhour, and that is the correct spelling. He is indeed what he was said to be, and that is in fact his dad. The image of Eddy Munster was only added as a joke. In fact one said Larry Esenhour is one pissed off person right now, and at you; because this was exposed on your blog. I would be a bit worried about that if I were you." ~Lowell Hubbs
So let's break this down a bit and see what Mr. Hubbs is rambling on about.  First, on the initial Facebook post, Mr. Hubbs claimed the image was "Larry Eisenhour".  Now within this comment he claims the name is actually "Larry Esenhour" which we are told is the correct spelling.  This may seem like a trivial point, but we will come back to this later.

Second, Mr. Hubbs now claims the picture of Eddie Munster was added as a "joke".  This makes sense, because we all know mocking child pornography is so humorous and fun (sarcasm intended).  The reality is Mr. Hubbs knows how stupid he looks when he just picks random photos and then invents stories to go along with them and although he can remove the photos from his Facebook page, he can't remove the evidence from this blog.

The final few sentences in Mr. Hubbs' quote are just more of the same.  Veiled threats, unsupportable claims, and more all-around insanity.  What Mr. Hubbs fails to understand is that the more he speaks about these supposed "child pornographers" the worse he looks.  Why you ask?  Well... doesn't it seem odd that Mr. Hubbs seems to know so much about child pornographers even knowing what their current mental state might be and what they look like and the websites they participate in... yet he is never able to direct the police to their current location or offer any evidence of their supposed crimes?

Fear not however, because Mr. Hubbs wasn't satisfied with posting one senseless comment about kiddie porn, and soon enough he felt the need to continue the discussion with the following comments.  I've added my commentary here as well since it gets a bit long.
"Actually alias Costner, the guys [sic] name is Isenhour. Hey, so I didn't have the spelling right; so what."
So first it was "Eisenhour", then it was "Esenhour", and now it is "Isenhour".  Mr. Hubbs has claimed two of these three names are correct... so be my guest if you want to  figure that one out.  I guess it is difficult to keep your story straight when you are making up the details as you go along.
"Actually the guy died this week of a heart attack, age 23."
I should note it was just a few years ago when the "fat emo" meme made the rounds, and at the time the kid in the photos was clearly no more than 14 or 15 years old.  I'm was never a math major, but I don't see how a 15 year old kid becomes 23 in a couple of years... but let's not let basic math or logic get in the way of a good Lowell Hubbs comment.  Again, I find it odd that Mr. Hubbs seems to know so many details about these supposed child pornographers including how old they are and even how one of them died.  So where is the obituary?  Should I look under Larry Eisenhour, Larry Esenhour, or Larry Isenhour?  The odd thing is... I searched all three and can't seem to find anything on anyone with any of those three names.  So if the information isn't readily available on the Internet, how would Mr. Hubbs know about the personal lives of a man he claims is running a child porn ring?

I wish I could say Mr. Hubbs' comment starts to make more sense at this point... but sadly that is never the case.
"Thats [sic] actually a good thing because he was ruining the lives of to [sic] many young people, and that in regard to his child/teen porn studio he has been running. Unfortunately it is still running, under a new leader. Thats [sic] right, the underlings just keep moving up the ladder. Directly linked with and to the site [redacted], with accounts, and as well LS magazine and the undergound [sic] sex ring systems in the Ukraine."
Note that I redacted the name of the website Mr. Hubbs likes to use merely because if there is any illegal activity occurring there I'm surely not going to advertise it.  Why Mr. Hubbs continues to provide such detail is anyone's guess.  This is yet another example of where Mr. Hubbs claims he has specific details about this underground child porn ring including the identities of those who may be running it, the website they operate from, accounts they may be using, and a name of a magazine.  So how does Mr. Hubbs explain his plethora of knowledge about child porn rings?  Seems a bit too convenient don't you think?
"Just because it was the only image and picture available on the internet [sic], for the guy, doesn't mean it is nor was not real. I couldn't make up anything like that up [sic], nor would I have any possible reason to make it up. How do you know what I know, and/or how and why I know what I know? You wouldn't."
Actually Mr. Hubbs, yes you could make something like that up because you did exactly that.  You were busted using stock photos and trying to fabricate a backstory to cover your own guilt, and therefore you did the only thing you know how to do.... you lied.  You doubled down and dug the hole a bit deeper and you were caught - AGAIN.  Sadly this isn't the first time these tactics have backfired on you.

As far as your riddle about knowing what you know... that is just comical.  I'm expecting a comment about you being rubber and me being glue any moment.
"And you actually seem to want to believe this person has received some sort of false accusation [sic] abuse from me? And you claim that I did that, and fabricated that, just to cover things up and create a falsely accused hacker. All to cover up that there really was no hack of my facebook acct., and to cover up that I really did put the information in there myself, stating that I was some sort of "Child Videographer". Thats [sic] what you want any readers to believe."
I'm not claiming "this person" has received some sort of false accusation of abuse Mr. Hubbs.  I'm claiming this Larry Eisenhour / Esenhour / Isenhour person is a fabrication of your mind.  You invented a name that you weren't even intelligent enough to be able to remember how to spell, and you took an image from Google to invent a person to blame for your recent troubles.  That is what I believe Mr. Hubbs, and readers can make their own judgement based upon the information you have provided.
"No, Costner; irregardless of how long you say that was on my f.b account in the work and education, and you say I kept posting on my wall, with that said in existence; the truth is that I did not see it nor notice it, be it for whatever reason; that is as said the truth, I was not aware that it was there, and had not noticed it. I would as well of course have no reason to suspect anyone would do that, nor to keep rechecking for something like that having happened."
First of all I have no idea where you learned basic English, because I'm convinced a four year old could bang their head against a keyboard and come out with sentences that make more sense than what you have written here.  However if I read between the lines and try to approximate what thought you were attempting to convey I would agree the statement about your Facebook profile would be a fair because most people don't check their entire Facebook profile every single day.  However that particular excuse doesn't really hold water when put in context with the rest of your excuses - such as your next paragraph...
"In fact although said Larry I.; did hack my facebook acct. several times and shut down my entire computer system; until I locked that down by a specific alternative means to log in; (no specifics will be given); the person who actually hacked the said information into the account as far as that Work and Education section, was more likely to be and have been Dakota James. Dakota James is the same person who has provided all the illegally hacked and acquired legal document files as to and in regard to my said landlord situation, and that were on the page on this blog that you just pulled down. That for and by whatever means that page was published on this blog, and obviously later was and has been pulled down. You have never been hacked, right? You are as a fact, lying."
See this is where Mr. Hubbs starts to lose me.  He makes wild claims about hackers (where have we seen that tactic before), but he is never able to offer any evidence.  I can't even begin to count the number of times that he claims this blog has been hacked, yet oddly enough I never seem to be aware of it.  I've never had any issues with this blog, I've never been forced to change my password, I've never received any alerts from Google about failed access attempts nor has anything else ever occurred to make me think someone has been "hacking" the blog.

Oddly enough, Mr. Hubbs seems to always see these phantom blog postings, yet he never seems to be able to capture any evidence that the have occurred.  Even multiple RSS readers never capture any of these phantom posts... so are these hackers so incredible that they are able to present blog posts only to Mr. Hubbs when no one else ever sees them?  Doubtful.  Although keep in mind in the past when Mr. Hubbs claimed this blog was hacked it turned out to be nothing more than him using MS Paint to create a fake blog page which he claims was published.  So very sad.

As far as this Dakota James character, that was a name used for a few comments posted here and logic dictates that most likely is not a real name.  The truth is I haven't heard anything from "Dakota James" since the original comments and I have no idea if he/she even visits this blog on a regular basis.  I'm guessing Mr. Hubbs must still be bitter about what was posted and is trying to do whatever he can to attack Dakota James,  but as is typically the case all we have are the ramblings of a conspiracy theorist and no evidence to support anything he says.

Rest assured if I was provided copies of "legal documents" I'd probably post them for all to see, but as it sits I'm as much in the dark about why Mr. Hubbs was evicted as anyone else.  I do find it odd that he can't find the time to pay the rent but he does have 20 hours a day to surf the Internet collection anti-vaccination material for his website... but whatever.
"So, keep on telling me I am lying and making up all your fabricated in your mind bullcrap, Costner; you are looking more mentally deranged all the time. Deny it all you want."
Well as long as you asked.... yes Mr. Hubbs you are lying and making all of this "bullcrap" up.  You know it, I know it, everyone else who has read these blog pages knows it.  It isn't much of a stretch since you make up pretty much everything you ever write and very little of what you type is accurate, but when you dive into the subject of kiddie porn I must admit I get even more disgusted than when you are in over your head speaking about vaccines or other issues of healthcare.

I'll also deny that I'm looking "more mentally deranged"... which I believe is fairly obvious since I'm using your own words against you.  Hard to blame me for that Mr. Hubbs.
"Dakota James by the way is as well a person you have allowed to reply post on this blog more than once, and each time what was claimed to involved as well a fabricated presentation that amounted to entirely false claims, and what that person knew at the time was entirely slander which was directed at and to me. So, ongoing goes the desperation; doesn't it Costner. Don't actually, and refuse to debate the person directly, (me); just personally attack them with false accusation of lacking credibility in general. Sick stuff."
As I said Mr. Hubbs, this Dakota James identity has only posted here a few times and it was quite a while ago.  I believe I even made a comment in response to one of the comments he/she posted where I indicated I couldn't verify what was said.  However since nobody (including yourself) can ever verify what you post, I figure it is appropriate.

As far as debating you, we have been over this numerous times.  Scientific fact is not open to debate no matter how many times you throw a temper tantrum about it, and nobody - I repeat NOBODY - takes you seriously enough to 'debate' you.  Besides I have posted numerous pages deflating your claims and your supposed experts, and even when presented with scientific fact you refuse to acknowledge it.  It is difficult to have a debate with someone who won't follow the very basic tenets of debate in the first place.

Note - the remainder of this comment was submitted in a second post as apparently Mr. Hubbs had reached the character limit for comments.
"Continuation
Now, you can ask all you want why a person would not go to law enforcement? Law enforcement is absolutely worthless in these situations, and that early on was tried. These people can and do cover their tracks quite well and that is how they keep operating without getting caught. These such people have so much money, they as well have law enforcement operating right in their pocket, and working for them. Not all, but some; and enough to get a heads up, and as well derail anything that goes up against them."
These people cover their tracks quite well?  Really Mr. Hubbs??  They cover their tracks so well that you know their names, you know their ages, you have their pictures, you know the websites the operate from and even the name of the 'front' magazine?  They cover their tracks so well that you know specifically who has 'hacked' your Facebook page and when one of them dies you even know what the cause of death was?  Wow... sure sounds like they do a great job of covering their tracks doesn't it Mr. Hubbs?

Yet even though you have all of this detail surrounding this mythical "child porn ring" you have no evidence showing that you ever tried to contact police or anyone else for that matter.  No police report, no attempts to go to the media... nothing.  So now you are claiming these people are so great at covering their tracks, yet you - a man known only for being a conspiracy theorist of questionable mental health - knows specific details including names, ages, websites, accounts, and even payoffs to law enforcement.

Yea that makes sense.
"No, as a fact I do not need law enforcement for anything Costner; and I have not nor will I ever need them for anything. They are absolutely worthless and have proven themselves to be worthless on every front, in these situations. Thats [sic] right, start scratching your head; ahhhehehehaaaa what, WHAT; &;^%($..THATS [sic] RIGHT, the only by choice... and actually clueless f**k here...is YOU! B***H!"
Ok so I edited the profanity, but I think we all know what was said here.  So maybe Mr. Hubbs doesn't need law enforcement, but based upon his four DUI convictions, his time in prison, his shoplifting convictions, his conviction for theft of a bicycle, and whatever else is on his record... it sure seems that society still needs law enforcement to protect us from the likes of Lowell Hubbs.
"By the way; Larry is a person who as well had acquired medical funding money to after me; you know, such as stalking, hacking, calling me directly and making threats; sending trackers to watch my every move and follow me everywhere I go. This is standard issue from the medical community that I have endured now multiple forms of over over two years now. That from multiple different medical funders [sic] They do this because the truth is to [sic] damaging, and they want the truth silenced. And THIS should be any of your business, Costner? Why is that? YOU are one of the most demented and one of the sickest son of a b*****s on planet earth, as a fact. And you think, that no one can see that?"
So let me get this straight... this "Larry" operates a child porn ring, yet the "medical community" has provided him funding to track little old Lowell Hubbs and monitor his every move?  Seems legit.

So now Lowell Hubbs is the victim... we had it all wrong.  Lowell Hubbs is the one being threatened.  Lowell Hubbs is being tracked and having his every move monitored.  Lowell Hubbs is being followed everywhere.  Lowell Hubbs is being hacked and stalked.  Surely Lowell Hubbs would never invent or fabricate a story now would he?  Surely Lowell Hubbs only has the best interests of young children in mind when he speaks about child pornography day after day, comment after comment, time after time.

Why didn't he say so sooner - it all seems so clear now!

So in summary - as if this post isn't far too long already - I'll just go on record again as saying I personally believe that Mr. Hubbs is very good at fabricating stories and making himself appear as the victim.  He seems to have an unhealthy interest in children, and a fascination with speaking about child porn rings.  He seems to suffer from any number of mental health disorders, and his version of reality is clearly not what the rest of us see.

I don't write these types of posts to merely pick on Lowell Hubbs.  I write them because based upon his comments I honestly fear that Mr. Hubbs may one day be in the headlines as he is involved in a horrific event.  I want to ensure his words are documented, and I want to ensure anyone who thinks this man is some type of an authority on vaccines or vaccine related information clearly understands the type of person he really is.  Not only has he been shown countless times to be a liar and not only has he been shown to be a conspiracy theorist, but the quotes above as well as those from previous posts clearly display signs of numerous mental disorders.

Don't expect Mr. Hubbs to consult a trained mental health provider however... apparently the only help he needs can be found at the bottom of the bottle.

Tastes so great it leads to four DUI convictions.
Is number five on the way?

I have to ask... is this the type of man you would trust with the health and safety with your child?  If so, you have far greater problems than some vaccines.

Child Abuse and Vaccines

You might think a post entitled "Child Abuse and Vaccines" would speak about how many antivaxxers consider vaccines to be abuse and how they feel any child who is subjected to vaccines is somehow harmed.  In truth, I wish this was that type of post, but unfortunately that may have to come at another time.

Instead, this post focuses on Lowell Hubbs and his continual desire to discuss the sexual abuse of children.  This has been a frequent subject of Mr. Hubbs in the past (more than a few times), but I thought he had moved on to less upsetting subject matter.  I never intended to discuss this subject on a blog that surrounds antivaxxers and vaccine conspiracy theorists, but unfortunately Mr. Hubbs continues to somehow bring the subject back time and time again, so forgive me for veering off-topic.

I mentioned in a previous post that I have concerns about people who seem to be obsessed with children and who display a lack of meaningful relationships in their adult lives, but some information that was recently submitted here serves as evidence that Mr. Hubbs may not be exactly what he claims to be.

For instance, based upon a tip I recently visited the Facebook page of Mr. Hubbs, and I was immediately presented with a banner image of young children holding hands, running, and playing.  That in itself isn't all that significant, but then I noticed what Mr. Hubbs has listed in the Work and Education section of his profile:

Yes you are reading that correctly.  Mr. Hubbs lists himself as a "Child Videographer" for an organization which manufactures and distributes "under eighteen adult oriented imagery and video content".  In fact that specific organization was involved with the manufacture and distribution of actual child pornography.

I'm not sure what would bring someone to post that type of information, or if they think it is some sort of joke although I did note that information was found on his Facebook page for several days all the while he had been posting dozens and dozens of articles and commenting on numerous other posts, so call me skeptical at his attempts to use the old excuse of "black hat hackers" taking over his account.

Once Mr. Hubbs realized several people had commented on his work history, and once a link was provided showing the true nature of "LS Magazine" he quickly and silently removed it from his page, without so much as an explanation.

Of course Mr. Hubbs wasn't done yet.  In some vain attempt to divert attention away from himself, he immediately submitted the following images and comment to his Facebook page:

I really am not sure what is going on here, but it seems Mr. Hubbs is claiming the first image above shows a person named "Larry Eisenhour".  The truth is that image is a popular Internet meme which goes by the name of "Fat Emo".  A Google search will find dozens if not hundreds of variations of that very image, and rest assured the rather portly young man featured in the image is not named Larry Eisenhour, but is instead a teenager who is struggling with his new found Internet fame.

The second image is also a popular image online and appears at the top of the search results for "people with double chins".  I'm not sure why Mr. Hubbs would post this image and claim it is Larry Eisenhour's father, but once again claims being made by Mr. Hubbs don't appear to match reality.  At this point I'm fairly certain "Larry Eisenhour" is just another figment of Mr. Hubbs' imagination much like "Harley Manning" was in the past.

The third image posted by Mr. Hubbs is recognizable to most people above the age of 30, and is the actor Butch Patrick portraying the character Eddie Munster from the television show The Munsters.  How Mr. Hubbs thinks this is an abducted child is beyond me considering Mr. Patrick is now 59 years old and that particular image dates back from the mid 1960s.

How disconnected from reality does a person have to be to just start posting images and inventing cover stories in order to hide his own actions?  Once again Mr. Hubbs claims to have the name of someone involved in child porn and child abductions, and once again there doesn't appear to be any evidence to support his wild claims.  Once again he makes statements about hackers, but he is never able to offer any evidence that any hacking has occurred.  No police reports, no media coverage, no stories found on Google... just the words of a known conspiracy theorist who is desperately trying to deflect attention away from his own words and actions.

If there was any doubt surrounding the mental health of Mr. Hubbs or the dishonesty that surrounds so many of his claims, his own words should solidify his place as nothing more than a dishonest conspiracy theorist who seems to have an unhealthy obsession with children... and possibly 1960s sitcom stars.

I'm a big fan of "innocent until proven guilty", but I can promise you I would not entrust Mr. Hubbs with any young children.  There are simply too many red flags, too many unanswered questions, and too much evidence suggesting his continual obsession with children and his continual desire to talk about the sexual abuse of children goes far beyond a simple concern for their health and well-being.

With all of this in mind, and with clear evidence showing the blatant fabrications and dishonesty that flow out of Lowell Hubbs' mind, how can anyone trust this man to provide them with factual information pertaining to vaccines?  If a man will lie about child pornography, and if a man invents clever background stories using images he simply pulled from Google and attached names to, how can he ever be taken seriously?  Yet this is the very same man who is Facebook friends with some of the nations most infamous antivaxxers including people like Andrew Moulden and Sherri TenPenny, and the very same man who fellow antivaxxers thank for his contributions to their "cause".

Is there really any question why antivaxxers are never taken seriously and why their movement remains on the lunatic fringe?

The Obsessions of Antivaxxers

I often wonder why some antivaxxers seem to be so obsessed with posting information about vaccines.  It isn't as if it is merely a matter of sharing information or merely a hobby, but rather it appears to be what defines many of them.  I can understand when a parent feels a vaccine harmed their child that they would react to their situation.  I can also understand someone standing behind a cause and supporting it with their words and actions.  I can even understand someone devoting themselves to an action which they feel has merit.

However when someone spends the vast majority of their time each and every day on the Internet scouring anti-vaccine websites and posting comments to countless stories and articles about vaccines, and when someone essentially ignores the world around them due to their obsession it stops being about a cause and starts becoming nothing short of an obsession.

Recently, a local antivaxxer Lowell Hubbs posted the following status update to his Facebook page, and it serves as one example of what happens when someone becomes so obsessed with an issue that they essentially forget about the life around them.

Now I am not about to claim I have any idea what was going on here, but I did check the Sioux Falls Police Department Call Log and was unable to find anything that relates to Mr. Hubbs around the date he posted his update, so for all I know Mr. Hubbs is once again making up details.

I do know that the Police Department doesn't typically serve eviction notices, and they don't typically take the Fire Department along for good measure, so why Mr. Hubbs is stating they joined the Minnehaha County Sheriff (who would typically handle evictions) is beyond me.

Of course I would expect if someone was serving me with an eviction notice I might step away from the computer instead of updating my Facebook status... but to each his own I suppose.  The other question that comes to mind is why these agencies would be involved in serving just a notice.  Per SDCL 21-16-2, typically a landlord would serve the first notice of eviction, and if the resident isn't home they are allowed to post the notice at the residence, so law enforcement is not needed.  It is only when the resident refuses to leave that they bother to seek a judgement at which point the Sheriff becomes involved to force the resident to leave the property.

So the question remains - why would law enforcement visit Mr. Hubbs if it was not to serve an eviction notice?  As with most stories told by Mr. Hubbs, I'm guessing there is a lot more to this one than what he claims, and his words cannot be fully trusted.  Nevertheless, Mr. Hubbs did add a bit of detail in a follow-up Facebook posting.

Let's be clear here - I'm not accusing Mr. Hubbs of having any outstanding warrants, nor am I accusing him of any nefarious activity.  I'm not sure who Mr. Hubbs was speaking with when he posted this, but considering there weren't any other comments on his earlier post other than the one shown I suppose it is possible he was merely speaking to (or arguing with) himself.  I suspect we aren't getting the full story here, but even if it is true that Mr. Hubbs is merely being evicted I can only hope he lands on his feet and finds another residence soon (if he hasn't already).

What troubles me is that I see a pattern of behavior here that seems all too common with antivaxxers.  They seem to have no significant life outside of their time on the Internet or their time on the anti-vaccine seminar circuit.  They can't be troubled by pesky details like finding gainful employment, obtaining degrees from legitimate post-secondary institutions, completing research studies, finishing residencies, or in some cases even minor details like paying the rent.

I have also noticed a pattern where many of the most prolific and predominant non-medical antivaxxers are either stay-at-home parents, unemployed or underemployed, and/or they are on disability.  Is it simply a matter of these people having too much time on their hands, or is there a deeper connection here?  I simply cannot understand why the anti-vaccine movement seems to attract so many people who, at least on the surface, appear to suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Beyond the obvious symptoms of OCD, I am left wondering about the other mental health aspects of this type of behavior.  Is the obsession really about vaccines themselves or is there something else at play here?  As mentioned previously, I could understand a parent reacting to vaccines if they felt their child was harmed by them.  Even if a parent is confusing correlation and causation, I can still understand the desire to find answers and it isn't a stretch to see how they would latch on to some of the views that are central to the anti-vaccination platform.

However, when someone who has no family and has no direct experience with vaccines suddenly and inexplicably expresses an interest in children, and when they appear to lack significant, meaningful relationships with adults in their life, and when they seem to often discuss subject matter involving physical, emotional, or sexual abuse of children I'll admit it concerns me.  In fact, if you look at common psychological profile for a child predator you find many of these exact traits.  Although this doesn't directly have any connection to vaccines, this is a subject we have discussed in the past, and based upon some information recently provided to me it appears we will be discussing it again in the near future.

Stay tuned.

What Inspires an Antivaccinationist?

A "friend" sent this to me the other day and it was simply too humorous to share.  If you look at the image below you will see a screen capture of Lowell Hubbs's facebook profile which shows that he has added Al Capone to his list of inspirational people.

I almost didn't believe this at first, so I checked myself... and sure enough there it was.  It sort of makes me wonder what Mr. Hubbs sees in Al Capone that might inspire him.  On one hand Mr. Capone was guilty of murdering numerous people including seven men during the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre, while on the other hand Mr. Hubbs continually put lives at risk every time he stepped behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.

Mr. Capone was a well known criminal who spent time in a penitentiary, and Mr. Hubbs has spent his fair share of time behind bars as well

Mr. Capone was associated with underground alcohol sales, while Mr. Hubbs is associated with consumption of vast amounts of alcohol.

Mr. Capone was always looking over his shoulder due to the other gang leaders who were trying to kill him.  Mr. Hubbs seems to think he needs to look over his shoulder due to him believing people are trying to "take him out".

Later in life due to the effects of neurosyphilis, Mr. Capone was said to have the "mentality of a 12-year old child".  Mr. Hubbs could only be so lucky, but unfortunately for him he doesn't seem nearly as popular with the ladies.

I suppose if you are really against life saving vaccines and your only true purpose in life is to convince as many people as possible to forgo such vaccines resulting in them being in danger of contracting numerous diseases, then to some degree you are responsible for injuries and even deaths that result.  If that is your goal, then obviously you may be proud to have indirectly contributed to the deaths of other people much in the way Mr. Capone was happy to have his enemies killed in order to build his business.

Is this why Mr. Hubbs is "inspired" by Mr. Capone?

What does it really say about someone who looks up to a well-known murdering gangster and racketeer who suffered from syphilis for years until it resulted in severely diminished mental capacity?  If that is the type of person who inspires Mr. Hubbs, I think he has bigger personal issues than merely being scientifically ignorant.

Lowell Hubbs Caught Lying Yet Again

Recently, during one of his many rants claiming that "hackers" were responsible for messing with his blogger account, Mr. Hubbs repeated his claims about mystery blog posts randomly appearing on this blog.  He has mentioned this type of thing in the past, and Hubbs has a well known history of accusing "black hat hackers" of manipulating websites, hacking his email and mobile phone, and even installing "undetectable video cameras" to monitor his every move.

Thus, when Mr. Hubbs makes such a claim I file it in the mental recycle bin since I'm fairly certain these mystery hackers exist nowhere outside of Mr. Hubbs' own perverted mind.  That said, during one of his latest rants, I mentioned it might be a good idea for Mr. Hubbs to capture a screenshot of these supposed shenanigans so he could actually have some proof to support his claims.  In response to my statement, a few short days later I had this comment waiting for me from none other than Mr. Hubbs himself:

"I have a screen shot picture of your blogs latest findings. It may be there by use of an external hack script because it comes and goes, however that is unknown. The previous to this changed images were derogatory in your direction; this one being the opposite. My blogger account was hacked into about 2 pm today Sunday so will not be using that to reply, just in case they are in your account. If you have any replies that use my blogger account after that time today, you may be well advised that it was not me. http://i1131.photobucket.com/albums/m547/Wildman4402/blogImage.jpg" ~Lowell Hubbs
In case you are curious, here is the image that Mr. Hubbs hosted in his photobucket account:

To a casual observer this would seem pretty amazing.  Mr. Hubbs clearly has a screenshot of this very blog with not only a portion of a blog post which has never been published here, but also a completely new blog title which includes a splash of profanity.  However, if you look beyond the surface, Mr. Hubbs' story starts to fall apart.

First, there are a few things that scream "red flag" on this little image.  If you look at the blog shown on this image and compare it to the template currently in use on this blog you will note a number of differences.  Text locations are different and fonts seem to vary.  Another strange issue is that within the image Mr. Hubbs provided, the blogger bar that appears at the top of all blogger blogs is somehow not present.  Are we to believe that these "hackers" somehow decided they didn't want that bar to appear and therefore removed it?

The background image is also clipped resulting in one of the birds losing its head even though the scrollbar appears to be at the top of the page.  So is this merely a horrible cut and paste hack job, or is Mr. Hubbs trying to hide something?

Then there are the fine details.  What about that dotted line around the blog post?  That doesn't match the real blog.  The title text of Mr. Hubbs' version includes the semicolon directly after the last name "Hubbs" rather than a space between the two.  There is excess space between the title and the subtitle areas.  The post title is shown in black text rather than the red which is part of the real blog template.  The font sizes vary between the two.  Then there is the fact that the only blog post seen (we can only see the title) shows a posted date on the very same date that Mr. Hubbs captured the screenshot and the same day he left his comment.

Taken a step further, we can see the telltale signs of someone who lacks any grammatical knowledge including the overuse of exclamation points.  We see run-on sentences and misspelled words and a sentence structure which mirrors the broken and fractured writing style of Mr. Hubbs himself.

I also find it interesting that if you glance at the taskbar you will notice a blue and white icon which shows an active application.  That same icon appears on the right hand side of the screen in a tab, as well as in the system tray near the clock.  So what is that application you might ask?  It is called "TeamViewer" and the presence of the TeamViewer application suggests Mr. Hubbs is either controlling another remote computer, or he is allowing his computer to be remote controlled.

Sort of makes you wonder if Mr. Hubbs is trying to cover his tracks now doesn't it?  Perhaps he isn't capable of actually editing screenshots himself so he asked a friend to help - either way you must admit it seems a bit suspicious.

Add to the fact that the RSS feed for this blog doesn't show any new blog posts on November 20th.  This includes the RSS feed itself, and a RSS viewer that doesn't allow content removal... meaning if there was a blog post added to this blog I would surely have a record of it.  I suppose those "black hat hackers" must have hacked my RSS readers and RSS feed too right?  Not likely.

I note I didn't receive an alert that any content was added to the blog like I normally would, I didn't get a notification a new post was added, I never witnessed any of these mysterious changes to the template layout, I didn't even get an email about the new post... all things that would have occurred if a new post was actually added to this blog, and all things Mr. Hubbs couldn't fake since he doesn't have my contact information.

Am I really supposed to believe that someone would hack this blog, add content, totally change the entire blog template including titles, subtitles, fonts, sizes, colors, text placements etc... and then quickly remove all of the changes before I happen to notice?  Does that seem at all logical?

However the best part is that when Mr. Hubbs created this little image and then pasted it on top of the actual blog page in order to make it appear it was hosted on this blog he made one very fatal error.  He forgot to change the tab on his browser window to match the fabricated blog title he pasted in the window - and these two items cannot be unlinked within blogger, thus if the title doesn't match the browser tab... the image is a FAKE

If you look closely, you will note the URL shown in the browser bar is the actual URL to this blog and the title of the tab is the original (correct) blog title... right down to the space before and after the colon, yet Mr. Hubbs failed to modify the tab to match the title he created on the blog page itself, which proves once again that Mr. Hubbs will resort to blatant lies and fabrication in support of his agenda.

The saddest part of Mr. Hubbs little fraud here is that he actually had to create that blog page on one of his blogs just long enough to publish it and capture a screenshot.  That means he not only wrote those things about himself, but he actually published them!  I have to ask... what type of demented soul writes those types of things about himself and takes the time to cut and paste a fake image together just so he can try and make it appear his crazy stories have some merit?  It sort of reminds me of Rathergate, but not nearly as well done.

Sorry Mr. Hubbs - it was a nice effort... but once again you've been busted and proven to be a liar and a complete fraud.  When will you learn?

More Broken Promises From Lowell Hubbs

About a month ago (October 14, 2011 7:48 PM to be specific), Lowell Hubbs left the following comment on a previous blog post:

"Watch me get bailed out next week on a million dollar bail, if you think nothings [sic] true! Keep watchin [sic] the news."  ~ Lowell Hubbs
Well, I must say I was curious, but once again it appears to have been just another broken promise from Mr. Hubbs as nothing ever came to fruition and to the best of my knowledge Mr. Hubbs has not been in the news lately.

I'm not sure what he thought was going to happen or if he was planning on a major crime spree, but perhaps even more comical than Mr. Hubbs' growing list of broken promises is the fact he somehow feels he is capable of finding the financial resources to get bailed out when the bail itself is a million bucks. Seriously? I'm pretty sure a $1,000 bond would be out of his range, so how he feels he can come up with seven figures is beyond me.

Hey maybe I'm wrong... maybe meat packing plants pay better than I thought?

Lowell Hubbs's Personal Website Seized by Homeland Security!

Lowell Hubbs likes to scour the Internet for random conspiracy theories, unscientific opinion, and just random ramblings of fellow antivaxers... and when he finds this information, he likes to upload it to his personal website (using the ironically named "lowellsfacts.com").  Aside from the oxymoron in the URL itself, the website was a treasure trove of nonsense which any sane or rational person would avoid once they spent more than 15 seconds on it and realized what it was.

So the bottom line is, Mr. Hubbs's website was really nothing more than a joke.  It has never been a reputable source of information and other than Mr. Hubbs himself I'm not sure anyone was a regular visitor (even Mr. Hubbs's fellow conspiracy theorists have standards apparently).

So I must admit it came as a surprise when I was told his website had been seized by the US government (specifically Homeland Security) and it now displays a seizure notice on his homepage with a generic message about copyright infringement and counterfeit goods.

As of today, his website looks like this:

Now it stands to reason that because nothing on his website was actually Mr. Hubbs's own work (but rather information and data he had 'borrowed' from others without offering credit) that the site could be shut down for copyright infringement, but the reality is that is less than probable since there are literally millions of other websites that do the exact same thing.

So why would the US government be interested in Mr. Hubbs's website?  Sources (and yes that is plural Mr. Hubbs as in "more than one source") tell me it may have more to do with pornography... specifically child pornography.  Considering how often Mr. Hubbs has discussed that very topic in his various messages on this very blog and how often he has accused others of being involved in such activity (textbook example of deflection and/or projection on his part), such accusations don't really shock me in the slightest.

Of course who really knows.  Mr. Hubbs claims it was all due to "hackers" who inserted porn links into his website (where have we heard that before) and then he also claims it may be people who want to "silence the truth", but aside from a few dozen excuses and more clever stories invented by Mr. Hubbs I really don't see anything which explains the situation.

What we do know is Mr. Hubbs once again finds himself on the wrong side of the law, and once again involved in something that he claims is all some massive conspiracy to silence the truth.  I'm not a naive person, so I generally consider Occam's razor (the simplest explanation is most likely correct) which basically means we ignore the continual excuses and see Mr. Hubbs for what he is... a common criminal with a personal fetish for vaccine conspiracy theories who may or may not have a hobby that involves kiddie porn.

Hey - draw your own conclusions, but with evidence like this stacking up day after day it doesn't look like it is very difficult to eliminate the alternate possibilities.

Off the Deep End... Or Worse!

Warning: The following post contains quotes containing excessive profanity as well as accusations of sexual abuse involving children which can be offensive to some readers.  Discretion is advised.

I've spoken of Mr. Hubbs questionable mental stability in the past, but after his most recent comments I can only assume Mr. Hubbs has suffered a severe mental break.  I can think of no other possible way any man is capable of posting the comments he has submitted recently, nor can I understand how anyone of sound mind is capable of fabricating and inventing such wild stories.

There is such as thing as a vivid imagination, but when such an imagination involves discussion of sexual abuse to children it crosses the line from questionable to downright disturbing, disgusting, and appalling.  One of Mr. Hubbs first comments was the following:

"Hey Costner! Costner 360 Logging into Harley Manning Porn File on local C drive. Costner 360 signed into yahoo.com H Manning open new email compose- Subject (Fuck you Harley) Body ENCPTD Harley Manning signing into Costner360 account. Theres much more! There sure are allot of names logging into that onion router he has to secretly access all that child porn and all the other site stuff he accesses. I would shut this blog down if I were you. You all belong in prison, you lying hypocrite." ~Lowell Hubbs
Now I won't even begin to assume the type of people who associate with Mr. Hubbs, but he has commented on this "Harley Manning" in the past so there is obviously some connection there.  I searched for the name and found an address as well as a phone number here, and from what I can tell that is the only Harley Manning living anywhere near Sioux Falls.  Based upon Mr. Hubbs wild accusations I also searched criminal databases as well as sex offender registries but was unable to find any entry for anyone by that name in any of them.

I did find an entry for a Kenneth Manning, but he is currently incarcerated in Springfield and has been since 1996, and there were no other Mannings listed.  Therefore I cannot say who this person is that Mr. Hubbs seems so fond of that he mentions him time and time again, although it does appear that person is not a convicted felon or sex offender.  Why do I mention the sex offender angle?  Read on:
[...] "I can see when you are accessing the Porn Folder on local C Drive of Mr. Harley J. Mannings computer system. Are you aware of that Mr. Manning is a convicted sex offender who has ratted out over 20 people to avoid years in prison, and that he still does what he did then today, right under the nose of the feds? Do you know he has a direct log in to the FBI? Do you not think he will take you down with him, if and when he is caught? How about all those pictures and videos he uploading to the underage porn site [redacted]? Who is that he is spoofing the sick images of and uploading that on? I know; all with the help of his just as sick crew. Do you know that Harley was in the presents of at their house, two 6th grade girls, [redacted] and [redacted]? 11 years old. Conversation, "sorry my mother came home" What; did he excape out the window? How bad would that look! More conversations where Harley calls [redacted] "Sweetheart", and she calls him "Hun". Harley, "Sorry Im busy, Ill email you later", knowing he was buzzed in on). Who are all those people it lists by name? Is that their real names?" ~Lowell Hubbs
Ok for the record I took it upon myself to redact the girl's names because if Mr. Hubbs statements have any connection to reality and they are real girls then I see no reason  to cause any further emotional trauma to them.  Second I have redacted the name of the website that Mr. Hubbs refers to as an "underage porn site" because frankly I have no idea what that website is, but if it does have something to do with underage porn I sure as hell am not about to visit it, mention it here, or share it with others.  Frankly if Mr. Hubbs has any knowledge of such activity then he has a moral and ethical obligation to report this to the police as soon as possible.  In fact if he allows it to continue unchecked without reporting it, then he is personally responsible for any future abuse that may occur not to mention the mental harm which could come to these girls if they are not helped.

However, in reality I doubt these two girls even exist.  As stated previously there is no Harley Manning listed in the sex offender registry, so the one statement that can actually be verified has been proven to be false.  It would seem in some sick twist, Mr. Hubbs had the desire to shift the conversation away from vaccines and his random conspiracy theories and instead he would rather talk about kiddie porn and sexual abuse.

Now are you starting to understand why I accuse Mr. Hubbs of suffering from a mental break, because no sane and rational person would ever wish to shift a conversation to child pornography or sexual abuse which tells us that either Mr. Hubbs is a sick and disgusting pervert... or he has a severe mental defect.  Your guess is as good as mine.

Of course the comments only seem to get more disturbing from there:
"You don't want to admit it nor address the fact that you and Sugardealer operate right in the middle of a large porn underage sex ring, with Harley manning as the Kingpin. She is right in there as well. I have always said it, you deny everything and everything and you always will. If you do not care about the harm that comes to children and teens in that situation it is highly unlikely you care about the harm done by vaccines either. I know it is you, and I have now complete proof that it is you. You are the sickest of the sick. And hey, noone was trying to hide anything, you are being mocked and harrassed, asshole!" ~Lowell Hubbs
Honestly... what else can you really say?  I think Mr. Hubbs disturbing words speak for themselves.  But wait... act now and we will throw in an additional bucket of crazy for no extra charge!
"Did you know that Harley Manning has an STD? He first went to the city site for STD support, and then he went online to Walgreens and ordered his prescription for HPV/HIV treatment medication. Would you like the number he ordered? So, in other words he is going to the home of 2, 6th grade girls and apparently having sex with them and putting them at risk for HIV....WOW. His buddy asked Harley, how was the kid? And he replied, GooOOd! And this guy is still on the street??? And he is your buddy! I think neither he nor you should be walking around free at all. You both belong in prison, and him for life! He hacked into the interface of the Argus for you last weekend, as well as godaddy, and then as well the payroll system of Command Labor, nationwide. I watched him run the DNS attacks! I watched the sytems go down on godaddy, and nothing could be saved nor published for hours, as well as the Argus. In 3 calls to godaddy it was clear what was happening. Hey Costner, if you are so right , why do you need resort to that kind of bullshit? Harley is very dangerous and sick man on all sides of it. He is a fat pussy, that can not be trusted when he has the opportunity to do what he does. Do you think you can handle what you know is out there? Or me? Just wait until he sees the new blog I just may create on him, with all of his previous charges photocopied. Then he will wish he never put what he did on that sick site, [redacted]. He should have left it alone, and not gone where he did; because he is the one with so much to lose when everyone knows. Stupid on his part. He thinks he is invincible, due to his ratting all those people out to no end, and the resulting favor by the feds. However, his time will come. I can tell you the proof is right in my hands what he has done, and clearly we know what you have done. If you were honest about what you do, your IP wouldn't be hidden linked into a sex ring. You are a real piece of shit!" ~Lowell Hubbs
Now obviously Mr. Hubbs' goal here is to try and link me to this Mr. Manning, but what I find rather disturbing is how Mr. Hubbs seems to have so much detail about Mr. Manning's actions including the fact that he has or had a STD as well as very specific details about sexual abuse including conversations that have been had about the alleged activity.  Add that to the most recent comment he added to this site here, and I'm actually left speechless.

On what planet is it acceptable to know that sexual abuse is occurring and remain silent?  On what planet does someone who claims to actually care about the well being of children allow this type of thing to happen and NOT report it to the proper authorities?  On what planet does someone think making a threat about a "new blog" is acceptable but they won't get their own lazy ass off the couch long enough to CONTACT THE POLICE!  Now I don't want to go on a rant here, but Mr. Hubbs has reached a new level of disgusting with his recent posts and if he even suspects 10% of what he claims is happening then he had better be placing a call and providing everything he knows to law enforcement ASAP.  To even suspect sexual abuse is occurring or that there is known involvement with child pornography occurring and to sit back and not do anything about it reaches a whole new level of disturbing.

It was never my intention to allow this blog to be a holding place for all of Mr. Hubbs dellusions, rambling incoherent nonsense, unsupported accusations, or byproducts of mental disease, nor was it ever my intention to discuss the subject of child pornography.  However when Mr. Hubbs starts making such simply unbelievable accusations  - especially when those accusations involve underage children in revolting, compromising positions... I feel it is necessary to document his behavior for all to see so that anyone who interacts with Mr. Hubbs has a complete understanding of the types of ideas floating around in his head.

If you want to be disgusted, appalled, outraged, and repulsed... it would appear that Mr. Hubbs is your man.

More Legal Problems for Mr. Hubbs

We have discussed some of Mr. Hubbs legal problems in the past to show how Mr. Hubbs seems to have a split personality.  One one hand he proclaims that "big pharma" is evil and that all drugs as well as vaccines are harmful, but on the other hand he seems to have no issue with taking (and abusing) multiple prescription medications nor does he have an issue with "self-medicating" with massive amounts of alcohol.

Does that seem a tad harsh for me to accuse Mr. Hubbs of self-medicating?  It might if but for the fact that Mr. Hubbs used those very words himself.  In fact, Mr. Hubbs was actually quoted as saying his DUIs were a result of him "self medicating [his] anxiety disorder".

So when the law finally caught up with Mr. Hubbs and arrested him for multiple DUIs, did that turn him around and help him pull his life together?  Did Mr. Hubbs admit fault and accept responsibilities for his actions?  Not exactly... he merely blamed his behavior on his need to self-medicate.

Ask any alcoholic or addict and they will give you a laundry list of excuses on why they do what they do, so when Mr. Hubbs says he was self-medicating his anxiety disorder it doesn't really shock me in the slightest, especially when such an excuse comes from a hypocrite.

It appears there is a pattern of behavior emerging with Mr. Hubbs, and it doesn't end with alcohol abuse alone.  In fact, several years ago Mr. Hubbs was arrested for shoplifting nutritional supplements from Shopko, and it appears this wasn't his first incident of shoplifting.  Case in point:

"I was arrested for shoplifting nutritional supplements; which had become a compulsion; I just got more daring and brave, with each time I got away with it." ~ Lowell Hubbs
So based upon Mr. Hubbs own admission he had a "compulsion" for shoplifting which continued right up until the point he was apprehended by a Shopko loss prevention manager and handed over to the police.  So when Mr. Hubbs was caught shoplifting do you think he finally took this as an opportunity to admit fault and to change his lifestyle?  No... instead - he blamed his actions upon his prescribed medications (namely Paxil and Alprazolam).

That might not seem like such a huge stretch since people do often have strange side effects from prescriptions especially when mixed with alcohol, and considering Mr. Hubbs track record with alcohol consumption and his admitted reliance upon alcohol for "self-medication" purposes... who knows what the impact might be.  However, Paxil warning information specifically states to avoid taking it with alcohol, and since I doubt Mr. Hubbs was ever prescribed a 12 oz. can of Budweiser along with his daily dose of Paxil, we can once again clearly state that Mr. Hubbs has no one to blame for his legal troubles other than himself.

Even more shocking is the fact that several weeks prior to his apprehension for shoplifting, Mr. Hubbs was arrested for stealing a bicycle.  The irony is thick with this one since Mr. Hubbs has been known to accuse others of stealing his bikes, so aside from the obviously and oh-so-apparent karma, it would seem that once again Mr. Hubbs is nothing other than a hypocrite.  A self-medicating felon of a hypocrite, but a hypocrite nevertheless.

So what was Mr. Hubbs' excuse when he was arrested for stealing the bike?  You guessed it... he stood right in front of a judge and had his lawyer state that his medication had been prescribed improperly.  He didn't accept responsibility for his actions and obviously didn't learn from the experience considering he was shoplifting a few short weeks later.

In yet another example of how Mr. Hubbs refuses to accept responsibility for his actions, rather than admitting his mistake and learning from it, he actually complained that the punishment far exceeded the crime itself when he made the following statement:

"For a $15 bike, it cost me 10 days in jail, $300 some odd dollars in fines and jail costs, and several hundred for my attorney" ~ Lowell Hubbs
Even through all of that, Mr. Lowell Hubbs never learned a lesson.  He never admitted fault, he never turned his life around, and he continued to abuse prescription drugs combined with alcohol.  How do I know this?  Simple... in the following years after the events described above, Mr. Hubbs was arrested, charged and convicted of two more DUIs.  I guess some people are just really slow learners.

So of course like any good recovering addict would do, Mr. Hubbs finally decided it was time to face his demons.  He was finally determined to find the root cause of all his troubles and address it head on.  He was going to make life changes, accept responsibility for his actions, turn his life around and finally improve his situation.  Oh wait... that is what a normal person would have done, and if you know Lowell Hubbs he is far from a normal person.

So what did Mr. Hubbs really do?  Well, he did what any good addict with an extensive criminal record does - he sued the makers of Paxil!

The case is Bauerle et al v. Smithkline Beecham Corporation and the lead case is 4:04-cv-04187-LLP.  A certain Lowell Hubbs at 400 S. Prairie #9 Sioux Falls, SD 57104 was listed in that case as well and was represented by none other than A. Russell Janklow.

Eventually the case was transferred in 2005 and rolled into a larger case against the makers of Paxil.  The case then became Lesli Hamilton, et al. vs Glaxosmithkline, Inc. with the lead case being 2:03-ml-01574-MRP.  I won't bore you with the details, but here is a brief summary of the result:

JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER DISMISSING WITH PREJUDICE CLAIMS OF IDENTIFIED PLAINTIFFS by Judge Mariana R. Pfaelzer: Plaintiffs listed below hereby dismiss with prejudice all of their claims against Defendant regarding its drug Paxil: (1) Rose M Bauerle; (2) Lowell Kevin Hubbs; (3) Dean Dorian Price; (4) Chad Jon Singsaas; (5) Lisa Lindner Sweeney-Nicol; (6) Kimberly Winger. Each party to bear their own costs, pursuant to FRCP 41(a). This Document Relates to Bauerle 2:05-cv-02185 MRP (CWx).(bg, ) (Entered: 12/27/2006)
If you wish to read more about the case, you can do so right here.

So long story short, the case was settled in late 2006.  I won't bother to post the entire 26 page legal brief (although I can email it upon request), but basically it appears there was some form of settlement between Mr. Hubbs (including the other plaintiffs) and Glaxosmithkline (GSK).  So what does Mr. Hubbs have to say about all of this?  Read for yourself:
"We walked away six years later with an out of court settlement, and an across the board GSK denial, and about $20,000 each; (minus the law firms cut)." ~ Lowell Hubbs
Now keep in mind that the lawsuit was based upon the claim that Paxil caused addiction, but there was never anything in any of the testimony or court records to suggest that Paxil causes people to steal bikes from behind Casinos or to self-medicate with massive amounts of alcohol or to drive while intoxicated or to mix alcohol with anti-depressants or to go on shoplifting sprees just because they feel like it.

Mr. Hubbs is simply the type of person who will always look elsewhere when it comes time to determine who is to blame for his own issues.  It is always the fault of someone else or a side effect of a drug he took.  His four convictions for driving under the influence weren't his fault, nor was the shoplifting or theft.  This is why Lowell Hubbs has become the anti-mainstream medicine zealot he has become.  This is why he continually blames "big pharma" for anything and everything and why he has a personal vendetta against modern medicine and pharmaceuticals.

The fact is, Mr. Hubbs' continual legal problems were never caused by a drug company or a retail store.  They were never caused by a pill or a vaccine.  They were never the fault of a police officer, loss prevention agent, or warden nor were they the result of omitted warning labels.  Mr. Hubbs legal problems have always been caused by one thing and one thing alone - Mr. Hubbs himself.

So the next time you witness Mr. Hubbs rail against modern medicine or against "big pharma", just remember this whole illusion is based upon the precept that Mr. Hubbs believes he is not responsible for his own actions.  That makes perfect sense if you are the type who believes in government mind control or 9/11 conspiracy theories, so it stands to reason Mr. Hubbs would believe it.

But hey... there is some good news to be taken from all of this.  Due to Mr. Hubbs' financial settlement with GSK he can afford to buy his own bikes for a change instead of stealing them from others.

Mr. Hubbs Thoughts on 9/11

As we have discussed in the past, Mr. Hubbs doesn't limit his conspiracy theories to vaccines alone.  Whether it be questioning whether the United States ever landed on the moon, or believing fluoride in drinking water is somehow contributing to a veritable laundry list of medical conditions as well as lowering IQs, Mr. Hubbs is a known proven fan of pretty much any conspiracy theory known to man.

So it should come as no surprise that Mr. Hubbs is also a believer that 9/11 was not the result of terrorists hijacking planes and crashing them into buildings, but rather an inside job caused by bombs inside of the buildings meant to make it look like a terrorist plot.

Now I fully realize that it is hard to believe a second hand source stating what Mr. Hubbs believes, so lets go ahead and just post Mr. Hubbs very own works taken directly from one of his blog pages:
9/11: Total Proof That Bombs Were Planted In The Buildings!

I am the author of www.lowellsfacts.com One of the most in your face BIG Pharma and anti-vaccination sites you can find! Find me also on youtube. I have seen attempts and execution of email hacks; and attempts to be and get me shut down; being banned from the property and services of a major local hospital; (wrongfully).

This country is controlled by a small but powerful covert group of people worldwide; not all is known but additionally theres [sic] is a connection the WHO, the Rockefelller [sic] Foundation, and the main world banks. Ask George Bush and Dick Cheney, they belong to his highest posts? Find out where Dick Cheney was on 9-11, and what he was doing; easily available information by net general search on the issue of 9-11. There is a small government within our government; even Osama Binladen [sic] knows that. Does it also bother anyone that Blg. #7 fell that day and no plane hit it, and that our gov't has not answered to that?? Go to Youtube.com and view the many videos on 9-11.

There is alot [sic] of proof there were bombs that went off in the basements of those towers on 9-11, and that it has been covered up. Do you know Bushs [sic] brother worked (prior to 9-11), in the twin towers. Why was any of Osama Binladins [sic] family immediately flow out of the country, after 9-11. When you look at pictures of the massive lower level construction of the twin towers, you know there is no way one plane could take that down, and were actually designed to withstand a direct hit by more than one plane. Learn what actually these offices were on the floors directly hit by the planes; and what was wanted destroyed. How could previous to 9-11, 52 accidently [sic] off course planes, be diverted by military fighter jets safely back to an airport, yet two jumbo jets on 9-11 got through while our jets were way out east in the ocean looking for suspected incoming Russian missles [sic]. Our jets and intelligence were entirely fooled by Dick Cheneys, [sic] (at the controls), war games simulations going on that day. Even many of the survivor families now support further investigation... and now!

Enter The New World Order. Dont [sic]think it won't happen. From what I am reading this will not be nor come from our own military but mostly troops from foreign soil. The small armed groups that revolt will not stand a chance; in fact if guns are found you may be shot or interned. Your choice may be comply or go out in a hail of bullets blaze of glory; maybe you can kill a few. ~Lowell Hubbs
So there you have it from the man himself.  Pretty hard to argue he isn't a gigantic conspiracy theorist at this point considering he wrote this himself and published it on his very own site.  Whether it be some crazy ramblings about Dick Cheney and George Bush, accusations about Russian Missiles, or idiotic theories about the WHO and the Rockefeller Foundation, it all adds up to a solid 997 on the 1000 point crazy scale.  Truth be told, it would appear Mr. Hubbs it only a few short points away from living the remainder of his days in a padded room for his own safety - or perhaps more accurately for the safety of others?

Aside from the absolute nonsense in the quoted text above, there are a few other interesting tidbits as well.  First, Mr. Hubbs admits to being "banned from the property and services of a major local hospital".  Just to clear up any confusion on what Lowell Hubbs means by "a major local hospital" this relates to Sanford Health, their main campus, their satellite clinics, and essentially all of their facilities in the entire Sioux Falls area.  So what would lead a multi-billion dollar healthcare system to ban a man from their campus and to refuse to allow him to receive (non-life threatening) treatment from their facilities?

I do know some detail, but my source has asked me politely to refrain from posting it for the fear it could reveal his or her identity.  All I can say is that Mr. Hubbs was asked to leave several times before it got to the point they had to officially ban him from their property.  Security is aware of who he is and aside from receiving emergency treatment he is not to so much as set foot upon their property or try to engage any of their employees.  You can use your imagination on what type of actions a person has to do in order to get banned, or maybe Mr. Hubbs will be so kind as to leave a comment below and try to explain his side of the story (doubtful).

Second, and perhaps even more disturbing than his belief in practically every conspiracy theory ever known, is Mr. Hubbs recommendation that people "go out in a hail of bullets blaze of glory" and the quote suggesting people can "kill a few".

Anyone wish to take a bet on whether or not Mr. Hubbs is already on some type of a watch list for his craziness?  Perhaps I should place a call to Special Agent Matthew Miller here in Sioux Falls before it is too late... because I for one don't want to read a story one day about a madman who went on a rampage at a local hospital only to find out I had my fears long before it ever happened.  Then again I'm 99% certain Special Agent Miller is already fully aware of Mr. Hubbs and his diatribes against any and all things related to the medical or scientific communities, as well as the United States government.

In recent days we have witnessed first hand what one crazed man with an obviously troubled mind can do if given access to a weapon, and although the known felon Mr. Hubbs would in theory be banned from owning firearms due to his criminal record, there is nothing to say he couldn't find other illegal ways of obtaining them, because if we have learned anything about Lowell Hubbs it is that he doesn't exactly feel the laws apply to him.  This is what troubles me most, because it is clear based upon Mr. Hubbs words and his actions that he is not afraid of either engaging in violence, or at the very least inciting violence against others, which is almost as dangerous.

Historically people with troubled or fractured minds such as Mr. Hubbs are ignored until it is too late, but what if one day something triggers him to act and an innocent person or persons is harmed as a result.  This is somewhat of a moral dilemma for me because if I do report Mr. Hubbs and nothing comes from it he will simply believe that the government and everyone else is against him which might actually contribute even more to his delusional behavior.  However if I fail to report him and he creates a name for himself by harming others or performing some other random act of violence, will I hold myself personally responsible for not acting?

The fact is there have been several people personally threatened by Mr. Hubbs when he has his viewpoints challenged with facts, and I'm not the first one to question whether or not he is the type of person to back up his threats with action.  Unfortunately in the world we live in you can never really be too safe, so it goes without saying that I recommend people stay away from Mr. Hubbs as you never know what might set off his erratic behavior.

The only question is, should we assume he is really all talk and is harmless, or should we assume he could very well be the next Jared Loughner?  The warning signs are all there, so will this be a case of preemptive action, or a case where neighbors are quoted by news media as saying "he was always quiet and kept to himself, so we really didn't know him" after a tragedy occurs and people are searching for answers.

Lowell's Idea of a Medical Expert: Kevin Trudeau

Apparently Lowell leaves quite an impression with people because I have had several sources provide me with information about him. One recent email sent to me included the following quote from Lowell (using his "Wildman440" username):

"...ever read the book by Kevin Trudeau, "Natural Cures They Dont want You To Know About", that might outline a bit of this as to how it really works."
- Wildman440 (aka:Lowell Hubbs)

Yes you read that correctly - Mr. Hubbs is citing none other than the informercial pitchman Kevin Trudeau as one of his experts. This is the same Kevin Trudeau that has been convicted of credit card fraud and larceny and has served prison time (perhaps his time in prison is why Mr. Hubbs admires him since they apparently have something in common).

This is the same Kevin Trudeau that has paid a $500,000 fine for making false and misleading claims in his infomercials. The same Kevin Trudeau that has never had any of his claims verified by independent research. The same Kevin Trudeau that has been found guilty of running pyramid schemes, who has sold speed reading and memory courses via late night tv commercials, who has bilked morons for millions of dollars for worthless nutritional supplements, books, hair growth remedies, and who has paid the FTC millions of dollars in fines for breaking the law.

In fact, as recently as August 2008, Trudeau was fined more than $5 million and banned from infomercials for three years for continuing to make fraudulent claims pertaining to his "miracle" natural cures books. The amount of the monetary damages was later increased to $37.6 million, which is roughly the total amount of money Trudeau made on his idiotic book. I doubt he has ever paid up as he is likely still in the appeals process (the first appeal went against him) but in February of 2010, Trudeau once again found himself arrested and in front of a judge, so is would seem clear he hasn't learned his lesson.

As with most of these anti-mainstream medicine types, Kevin Trudeau has only one true motive and that motive is money. He hawks product after product after product and rather than caring about the people who are actually seeking medical advice, his only concern is how much money he can make off of them before they wise up and become aware that he is nothing more than a fraud. He even charges over $70 a month to subscribe to a newsletter which is nothing more than repackaged advice that can be found in health magainzes or other publicly available sources.

Of course if you ask Mr. Hubbs, he will claim that Kevin Trudeau is some type of a medical genius (even though he has no medical or scientific training) and that his miracle cures are simply being suppressed due to the government and "big pharma" wanting to shut him down to suppress these cures. Mr. Hubbs and Kevin Trudeau are both fond of citing conspiracy theories, but in Trudeau's case it is merely because he wants to make a quick buck, while in Mr. Hubbs' case it seems due to his ignorance.

However, if there is no science available to support any of the wild claims made by Trudeau, and if conspiracy theorists like Mr. Hubbs agree there is no science to support those claims (whether it is being suppressed or not), then how can they verify any of the claims or prove any of them are legitimate? That appears to be an issue that Mr. Hubbs avoids, because even he has to acknowledge there is no evidence to support anything Kevin Trudeau claims, and if there was such evidence, Trudeau would have been able to reference in any of the number of court cases he has been involved in.

Frankly I'm just a little disappointed that a snakeoil salesman like Trudeau is still out there coming up with new and more clever ways of bilking idiots out of their money, but one thing I have learned is conspiracy theorists are more than happy to pay out vast sums of their personal incomes for gadgets, supplements, newsletters, or books - and this is precisely why so many con-men like Trudeau focus upon this market.

Trudeau could never profit by selling his products to the educated masses, so he targets ignorant fools like Mr. Hubbs. He focuses with laser-like intensity upon those among our populace who are uneducated and who will believe pretty much anything they read on the Internet or see on television. To some degree, Kevin Trudeau is much like the type of person who starts a cult or starts his own religion, which quite honestly migth be his next move if he figures out how to make a buck from it.

Nevertheless, this is the type of person that Mr. Hubbs looks up to and the type of person he feels best represents the anti-vaccination movement. The tactics and technology may have improved, but Kevin Trudeau is nothing more than a modern-era snakeoil salesman... and Mr. Hubbs has been drinking the poison all along.
